Will the roads be paved?

Phase two roads and development is still processing. Upon completion, the roads will be paved. They did not want to pave the roads until complete due to large trucks needing access to the back to finish phase 2. Road maintenance is important to the HOA and it is important we maintain well quality roads.

Who is the developer?

Jake GRIggs and Courtney NelSON (GRI-SON Estates) was presented with the large tract of land around May of 2022. They loved the location and the opportunities it presented. Upon purchase, they moved into the barndominium that was already on the property with their children and began the development of the other tracts.

Why HOA?

The HOA was developed primarily for the road maintenance and the importance of maintaining home values within the subdivision. Navarro County was not able to take in the additional road maintenance therefore, the HOA was created to ensure the interior roads within the subdivision stayed well maintained.

Can I have animals?

Large livestock may be kept at the rate of 2 head per 2 acres.

What type of utilities are there?

Oncor and MEN Water is available for your electricity and water service at the front of your property lot line along side of the internal subdivision road. It will be your responsibility to connect service from the front of your property to your home site. Septic system for sewer.
