Our Story.
Thank you for your interest in Grison Estates! Jake GRIggs and Courtney NelSON (GRI-SON Estates) were presented with the opportunity to purchase the large tract of land, that included two homes and a large shop around May of 2022. They loved the location for their family and the opportunities it presented for development. It was in the school district that their children attended, the location was close to town, yet still provided the opportunity for their children to have plenty of room to run and play with the county feel. Upon purchase, they moved into the barndominium that was already on the property along with their children and began the development of the other tracts and the renovation of the home located on lot 20.

Jake is Owner/Operator for Navarro County Abstract Title Company and Courtney is the Broker/Owner for Premier Realty in Navarro County. They were both raised in Navarro County and have strong roots within the community. They are thankful to have the opportunity to begin this development, as the need for county living yet close to town was needed. They are excited to watch the development of the subdivision grow with other homeowners and provide a subdivision where neighbors can be proud to also call Grison Estates their home.
